SNG Maribor

SNG Maribor is the biggest public cultural institute in Slovenia. It is the only theater in Slovenia and one of the rare ones in Europe to join drama, music and dance under one roof. In other words it hosts a Drama, an opera, a ballet and a symphonic orchestra.
In 1993 a new great hall was added as the central space of the expanded complex of SNG Maribor. The façade that remained largely unchanged for the past 100 years now has a new modern urbanistic part in the east end of the building.
