SEAT TICKET HOLDERS:
Entrance to the hall is possible after 18:00 (you do not need wristbands to enter).
THE INFORMATION BELOW IS RELATED ONLY TO PARTNER TICKET HOLDERS!
If you want to ensure early entry to the event and a place as close as possible to the stage, you can pick up wristbands for early entry from 7:00 a.m. at C1 (PARTER-FIRST ENTRANCE) on the day of the concert, September 14. ( if you don't want the wristband, you can enter the event at 18:00 p.m)
Visitors will be given bracelets with sequential numbers on their wrists upon arrival, according to the "first come, first served" principle (the number of bracelets is limited). To receive a wristband, visitors must have a valid ticket for the parterre, if they are in a group, all of them must be present to receive the wristbands. All visitors who camped overnight or arrived before 7:00 am will not receive wristbands and will be sent to the back of the line.
Visitors with wristbands are invited to return at 15:00 to line up for wristband general admission, which begins at entrance C1. Wristbands will be checked by security between 15:00 and 16:00. After 4 p.m., visitors will join the queue on a first-come, first-served basis.
Losing, removing or tampering with your wristband will result in you losing your spot in the general admission queue. Visitors are not allowed to hold a particular place in line. We ask that you be respectful and polite to all other visitors in line
