Tickets from 2020 are not valid for this year's World Cup, so they need to be replaced.
Buyers of tickets purchased at points of sale must return the old ticket for which they will be refunded and buy a new one.
Buyers who bought tickets via the website must send an e-mail to: info@eventim.si , where they will receive further instructions.
