How to Become an event.club member?

You may either comfortably activate the event.club program in the course of your next online order, or simply log into your web shop account on eventim.si and request the free loyalty club membership for your spare time in the "event.club" menu on your account.

You will receive your club member identification number via email. Notifications regarding the number are sent out once a month. All purchases you have made since joining the club are already counted towards your annual bonus.

How do I link event.card with user account?

First, you must become an event.club member. To become a member of the loyalty club, sign in to your user account. After receving the identification number, log in to your user account and link it to event.club. To do this, enter the event.club identification number in the entry field in the user account and confirm.

Any orders you have placed in the meantime already count for your annual purchase-based refund.

Where can I redeem the bonus?

You can redeem the bonus only on our website www.eventim.si. You can use the amount after the end of the year when it is transferred to your user account. Also, pay attention to various promotions and other benefits that the event.card offers and that you can use on our website.

How can I use my bonus?

Use the bonus in the same way as a gift voucher. This means that you can redeem the bonus on our website eventim.si. The process is the same as with a regular purchase, except that in the 'Payment' tab, in the blank field where gift voucher codes are entered, you enter your identification number. If the bonus amount is less than the ticket amount, select an additional payment method to cover the remaining payment.
