FAQ
How does print@home work?
On the website www.eventim.si, you can select print@home tickets as a delivery method. When you choose the print@home delivery method, you proceed to payment. Following a successful payment, you can access and print the ticket from your recent purchases anytime, even right before the event. You can find your tickets in PDF format under “User Account”, “Your Recent Orders”.
Review your orders and click on “Details” next to the desired order.
Once you select the “Print” option, the system will offer to “Print PDF ticket” that you can then print and safely store.
Print@home tickets will always be sent to your email address as well and you can also print them there. IMPORTANT: the ticket will be electronically registered upon entry and it is valid only once. It is therefore important to bring the print@home ticket with you and not to share your electronic connections with others.
Requirements for printing a print@home ticket
- You must have “Acrobat Reader” version 5.0 or newer installed on your computer. If the program isn’t installed, the bar code might not be printed correctly. - Tickets should be printed on white A4 paper, a single ticket per page, to ensure the appropriate size of the bar code. - The printing quality setting should not be set to “draft”. - Tickets printed with inkjet printers are sensitive to moisture (the bar code can be smeared), so please bear in mind to protect the ticket from moisture. - You can print in colour or black and white.
How safe is the print@home ticket?
As safe as a regular ticket. Each print@home ticket is read by the control system upon entrance. Only one person may enter the venue using this ticket. It is therefore important to safely store the ticket so others can’t access it. This also applies to your electronic connection. In case of copies or multiple prints, only the first person can pass through the control system. The customer is liable to the organizer for any copies or multiple ticket printouts.
