The Ljubljana-based band Yoko Nono has become one of the most exciting names on the Slovenian music scene over the past year. With their confident rock ‘n’ roll attitude, sincere lyrics, and infectious energy, they’ve taken over the airwaves (with singles like “Kim”, “Se ti zdi”, and “Tvoj kreten”), performed on stages across Slovenia, and won the hearts of true music lovers who appreciate raw, unpolished sound.

On 24 May, they will present their debut album Če te vprašajo, a brutally honest exploration of relationships that dares to voice the thoughts often left unspoken. As expected from Yoko Nono, the upcoming record leaves no one indifferent – it simultaneously soothes and strikes mercilessly where it hurts the most, yet precisely at the moment we need it.

Despite their rapid rise over the past year, the band remains grounded, staying true to the essence of rock ‘n’ roll and the real-life stories that shape their music.
