TICKET REFUNDS
ONLINE PURCHASES
Refunds will be processed automatically, and no additional action is required from customers. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
For payments made via Valu or prepayment, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Please send your details, order number, and bank account (IBAN) number to info@eventim.si so we can process the transfer.
OUTLET PURCHASES
Customers who purchased tickets at physical sales points must visit the same point of sale with their original tickets to request a refund.
Refunds are only available at the location where the actual purchase was made.
Exception: If you purchased your tickets at Petrol, you may visit any Petrol station for a refund.
Cancellation authorizations have been automatically released, meaning refunds can be processed immediately.
