NEW INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS - cancellation of Friday's (31. 3. 2023) ski jumping competition due to strong wind.
After checking all capacities, we are informing that the ticket holders of the following purchased tickets, which were valid for the canceled Friday competition (31. 3. 2023), are also valid for Sunday 2. 4. 2023 without change:
• holders of Friday REGULAR tickets,
• holders of Friday GRANDSTAND A tickets,
• holders of Friday GRANDSTAND KAVKA tickets.
All ticket holders who will not use the purchased tickets on Sunday (2/4/23) should contact the point of sale for a refund.
All those who bought tickets at the venue are asked to contact info@eventim.si for information.
In order to receive a refund, you must first provide us with your order number or a picture/scan of your tickets. Also include your IBAN account number, SWIFT code of the bank, name adrress of the bank and the holder's details with the address.
Refunds will be processed from Monday 3 April 2023 onwards.
